“More than 10 years ago I started a set of paintings of the Irish West Coast. Some of these paintings are of well known places and others of unknown or strange ones. The main idea was to create a set of emotional paintings to be exhibited in places where the ordinary life of locals and tourists takes place. Their peculiar format allows them to be moved in a suitcase to anywhere in the world. At the back of each painting, there is a label including an address to get in touch with the artist if wanted.”
